We loved the pool and the easy access to a bus stop, the availability of a kitchen, and Wi-Fi in all rooms made our stay very convenient.

The location of Crystal Beachfront was perfect, right on the beach and within walking distance to cafes and the Surf Club. The views from the living areas and main bedroom were absolutely fabulous. I spent so much time relaxing on the large balcony, listening to the soothing sounds of the surf. The cool breezes flowing through most of the time made it even more enjoyable. The pool was also a great place to unwind and the owner was very helpful during our stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem! the value for money is unbeatable. With its affordable prices, you get so much more than you pay for. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with comfortable beds and well-maintained furnishings. Additionally, the location is fantastic. Being right on the beachfront at Tugun, you can enjoy stunning ocean views without the hassle of the busy surfers rat race. Plus, it's conveniently close to everything, including the airport. The staff are friendly and the basic amenities, like the pool and spa, are top-notch. this hotel offers a great experience for a great price.

All was perfect, we couldn't ask for more.

Our new year experience at the beachfront hotel was great. the complementary pool and spa facilities were well-maintained and added to our vacation relaxation. the location of the hotel was priceless, with easy access to the beach and nearby shops and cafes. We saved time and money on transportation by being in a prime spot.

The decor of the room was outdated and unappealing. there were no screens on the doors or windows, which was concerning as we had young children with us.

Waking up to the sound of the ocean was amazing. The beach was fantastic and the location was right on the ocean, with a quiet beach that was perfect for relaxing. The unit was spacious and comfortable with nice furnishings. There were also great views of the beach and ocean from the house.

The air conditioner was not effective and desperately needed servicing.

We had a great time! Best aspects were the beachfront location, close proximity to everything, and easy access to the beach. The hotel facilities, including the pool and spa, were well-maintained. Transportation was convenient with a bus stop right outside. Staff were friendly.

The rooms have comfortable beds and offer a beautiful view, especially the ones in the back area which have a double bed. It's right on the beach, offering stunning views that are to die for. The hotel also offers a great value for money, especially for a 3-bedroom apartment.

Amazing location right by the beach with stunning ocean views from the apartments. The apartments were spacious, and the kitchen was equipped with everything needed for a short stay, including a washer and dryer. The convenience store next door was an added bonus for essentials.

The cleanliness left a bit to be desired, with grubbiness in some areas of the apartment and dust webs in the bathroom. The check-out process was also lacking, with nobody available to report anything to upon leaving.
